My journey into healing began in my teenage years, when I experienced a negative self-image that limited my sense of self and direction.
Through working with energy healing, kinesiology, and Reiki, I rebuilt my confidence and developed a deeper understanding of how our thoughts shape our lives.
This path led me to create Healing with Solutions, where I now support others in a calm, grounded space to release limitations and create meaningful, lasting change.
