​"During my early teenage years, I developed a very negative perspective of myself that held me back from reaching my full potential.

By taking risks—such as modeling for a photographer and diving headfirst into receiving healing from Kinesiologist and Reiki healers —I found the support and understanding I needed to regain my confidence and overcome these self-imposed negative views. 

Through this journey, I realised how powerful our thoughts are and the significant impact they have on our daily lives. This awakening led me to understand that healing is not just a single component; it encompasses our entire inner and outer worlds, including everything around us, all of our senses, and our physiology. This revelation inspired the creation of Healing with Solutions, as I discovered my new passion for helping others to become better versions of themselves.

Like many of us on our life journeys, I have faced my share of twists and turns—filled with love, joy, the loss of close family members, adventures, sadness, laughter, and relationships (both failures and successes) as well as travels overseas. I am grateful that my parents taught me the importance of resilience, seeking adventure while staying safe, being adaptable and optimistic, having fun, and remaining true to myself through honesty and trust. These lessons have shaped me into the person I am today."
