​Mission and Vision

​Healing with Solutions aims to facilitate positive change by offering the support and empowerment needed to overcome limitations. By embracing change, we can transform our lives, release emotional barriers, and resolve deep-seated issues, thus unlocking our true potential for inner peace and creating a more balanced life. This inner alignment with our true desires makes it easier to take positive actions toward our goals, guiding us to a more purposeful path. This approach ensures that today's actions positively shape our tomorrow, leading to a harmonious and empowered life.

In short both myself (Narelle) and Healing with Solutions aims to facilitate change by helping to release what is holding you back from achieving inner peace, thus leading you to have a more balanced and empowered life.

​​About Narelle

​"From my early teenage years, I had created a very negative perspective of myself that held me back from being all that I could be.

By taking risks, modelling for a photographer and diving headlong into Kinesiology and Reiki, this provided the support and understanding to regain the confidence I needed, to overcome my self-imposed negative viewpoints.

During this process, I came to the realisation of how powerful our thoughts are and the impact and influence they have on us in our daily lives. Thus, awakening the concept that healing is not one component, it is our whole inner and outer worlds, everything in and around us, as well as all of our senses and physiology.

​Like most of us on our life's journey, I have had my share of twists and turns filled with love, joy, loss of close family members, adventures, sadness, laughter, relationships (failures and successes) and travelling overseas. I am grateful that my parents have taught me to be resilient, go on adventures yet be safe, be adaptable, an optimist, have fun, to trust, be honest, be open and true to all; which has allowed me to develop into the person, I am today".

​The bird represents trusting in the flow of life; it glides and rises above and soars to its destination.

​There is a sense of freedom; freedom to play, have fun and fly high as well as low. They are graceful, resourceful, adaptable, courageous, gatherers, resilient and survivors. They have a focused determination in seeking out what they need; some fly thousands of kilometres to obtain what they desire.

The colour blue represents both the sky and the sea, the calm and serenity in what can be a chaotic world. The colour also corresponds to our Throat Chakra, which pertains to communication, self-expression and our truth.
