What to expect during your sessions?
At the start of each session, I will ask a series of questions using a "Testing Sheet" to understand your overall goals. We will then explore your emotions in greater depth, discussing any relevant events, traumas, or current issues.
The Testing Sheet is a crucial tool in this modality, as it tracks your progress and provides tangible data while pinpointing changes. By using the Testing Sheet alongside the sway test method, we can assess whether your mind and body recognize a statement or belief as true by asking yes or no questions.
Once we identify your limiting beliefs, I will guide you through your timeline to uncover how specific events may have influenced your subconscious mind. While you may not have conscious memories of some events—since many beliefs are formed before the age of seven—your unconscious mind has absorbed everything throughout your life, storing it alongside the associated emotions.
During this phase, you can release those emotions or beliefs. You'll remain fully conscious during the process, which allows you to gain insights from the experience. You might worry that revisiting a traumatic incident will be distressing; however, it is typically not more stressful than living with the triggers in your daily life. The key difference is that you will have the chance to heal those experiences. Once a core belief is healed, associated beliefs may also diminish, and often, multiple beliefs can be resolved in a single session.

How long is each session?
Each session can be up to 2 hours.
How many sessions will I need?
Most individuals have several limiting beliefs that contribute to negative experiences in their lives. Often, addressing just one belief can unravel other connected ones. Because these beliefs have accumulated over a lifetime, I recommend 3 to 8 sessions to facilitate significant changes in your life.
