My experience with Root Cause Therapy at Healing with Solutions has been amazing, and I owe it all to Narelle's exceptional care and expertise. I have never received a Root Cause Therapy session before and was unsure of what to expect, but Narelle was reassuring and put me at ease.
Narelle skillfully guided me through the process of uncovering and addressing deep-seated emotional blockages and past traumas that I had been carrying for years. Her ability to create a safe and supportive environment allowed me to explore and heal these issues with confidence and trust.
As I was lying down going to sleep after my session, I felt my body experience a somatic release, and let go of the fight/flight energy that had been trapped for so long. I sensed a running movement in my arms and hands, though I was lying still. This confirmed to me that the therapy had been powerful and effective!

The Zoi Method that Narelle used, is a mind body connection, and Narelle was able to understand what was going on for me on a deeper level, to find the true underlying problem. So I could move forward.

Narelle’s incredible skill amazes me every time I see her. She has a remarkable ability to find the root cause of my concerns and is able to very gently work her way through the layers to release any unsupportive emotions that have found themselves embedded in my body. I have been getting remote healing from Narelle for a while now. I usually call Narelle when I am particularly stressed or not feeling 100% and we organize a time for a healing. I always feel better after the session and have recommended Narelle to a number of friends who also use her services.

Narelle has been a godsend! I didn't know much about kinesiology (or Zoi Method) when I started to see Narelle for back pain and stress headaches - I just knew that her treatments worked. After each session, I always feel like the best version of myself; energised and with a positive mindset. Narelle has advised me on how to manage my work/lifestyle so I remain happy and healthy in between sessions, although my job makes that a challenge! I highly recommend Narelle because she knows her stuff and is a gentle soul with the highest of intentions. I know she will be able to help you find balance; just as she did me!
