Before and after your healing
- Set your intention - what you want to achieve and how you want to feel after your session.
- Drink plenty of water before and after your healing.
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after your healing. The reason for this is that alcohol dulls our senses and our energies, and thus it can affect your healing.
- Set the intention to receive and keep an open mind as whatever your body and mind needs to receive is right for you at that moment in time.
- If your mind wanders or questions or ideas come into your mind, just let them be and bring your focus back to your breath.
- If you fall asleep, that is ok. When your body is in this relaxed state, it is better able to work on repairing itself.
- Ensure you are in a comfortable and relaxing environment. For example, this can be either at home, the beach or sitting in the park. If you wish, you can put on some soothing music and/or light a candle as this time is about what makes you feel comfortable.
- When receiving your healing, you can either be sitting or lying down.
- Try to avoid heading straight to the gym, reaching for your phone to check your messages and emails, or rushing off to a social engagement. The reason for this is to give yourself time to allow the healing to integrate.
- After your session, you may want to write some notes of any thoughts or feelings you felt.
- After your session, you may go through an integration or processing period, so its best to set aside some time as you may feel drained or even energised after your session.
What you may feel during your session
You may experience sensations of coolness, warmth, or tingling, or you might feel nothing at all. Understand that your experience is uniquely yours; there is absolutely no right or wrong way to feel
What You May Feel After Your Healing
Healing can happen on different levels: physical, mental, and emotional. It's important to remember that changes may take time to become noticeable because what needs to be healed or released often has many layers. Patience is key during this journey.
After your session, you might feel a sense of calm or experience a boost in energy. However, the following day, you could encounter something known as a "healing hangover". This term often refers to an emotional detox, integration period, or processing period. It is your body’s way of releasing emotional toxins and old thought patterns that have come to the surface. This process can last from a few hours to several days.
Everyone's healing journey is different, and there is no right or wrong way to feel. Be gentle and patient with yourself as you go through this process.

What is distant healing
Distance Healing, or Remote Healing, is a technique that transfers energy to promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Healers connect with Universal or Divine energy, allowing sessions to occur without physical presence.
Since energy is not limited by time or distance, healing can be received from anywhere, much like a phone call. This process helps relax the body, release tension, and strengthen the immune system, making it a natural and non-invasive way to restore balance and well-being.
Research shows that Distance Healing can enable clients to relax faster than traditional methods, proving its effectiveness.

WHAT IS REIKI
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). It focuses on enhancing the flow of energy to support overall health for body and mind.
Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen life force promotes healing. It is not a religion or massage therapy; it uses guided energy to restore balance.
A Reiki session helps relieve tension, clear energy blocks, and align chakras. Low energy may stem from negative thoughts, unresolved trauma, or stress, reducing our effectiveness. When our energy is strong and flowing, we can better handle stress and feel healthier and happier.

I am certified in both Usui Reiki and Seichem Reiki, and I utilize the universal energy of these modalities as the core of my energy healing sessions. While both Usui and Seichem are forms of energy healing, they have distinct origins and focus on different types of energy.
Usui Reiki originates from Japanese traditions and was developed by Mikao Usui in Japan. It emphasizes the concept of "Rei," which means universal life force energy, and focuses on balancing this life force within individuals.
On the other hand, Seichem is believed to have roots in ancient Egyptian practices. The term "Sekhem" translates to "power of powers." Helps individuals connect with their intuition and inner guidance on a deeper level. It is a gentle yet powerful energy that enhances the connection to one's higher self, the Heart Chakra, and earthly energies.
Usui Reiki is often associated with masculine energy, while Seichem embodies feminine energy. Together, they create a unified duality of sacred healing energies, promoting balance and harmony in a person’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Why i choose my logo
The bird symbolizes trust in life’s journey, gracefully soaring toward its destination. It embodies freedom and resilience, often traveling thousands of kilometers to find what it needs.
The color blue, reflecting the sky and sea, offers calm in a chaotic world and is linked to the Throat Chakra, representing communication and self-expression.
Just as birds elevate themselves in the sky, you too have the power to choose your destiny.

The Levels of Consciousness
Conscious Mind:
This is where self-awareness and reasoning come to life. Your conscious mind engages with the world through your five senses, actively interpreting and making sense of the information around you. It's the command center for decision-making and critical thinking.
Subconscious Mind:
The subconscious mind holds memories and data that shape your actions and reactions, even when you aren’t consciously focused. It’s a vigilant guardian, guiding your behavior and keeping you aligned with learned patterns, all while operating in the background.
Unconscious Mind:
Beneath the surface lies the unconscious mind, a vast storehouse of all your memories and past experiences. These stored memories and experiences significantly influence your beliefs and habits, often without your awareness.
By understanding these different levels, you can harness their power to transform your life!
