Welcome to 2021 and my first blog of the year. My year began with fur-sitting my friends’ cat and dog (who were a delight to look after), and they live near the bush. I had forgotten how delightful it is being so close to nature and away from the city noise and chaos. I was woken up just on sunrise the first morning of 2021 to Kookaburras singing. I was grateful for the singing that woke me, because the sunrise was an amazing sight with the (almost) full moon boldly positioned directly opposite, in the Western sky. I didn’t take a photo of this sunrise, but it was amazing! For all of us, 2020 was indeed full of surprises, changes, laughter, frustrations, plenty of ups and downs, twists and turns throughout the year that was and for many life-changing. Personally, my 2020 was about understanding, resilience, patients, kindness, support (for myself and to others), self-awareness, new experiences, empathy, strength, community, stoicism, mindfulness, harmony and choices. Some of my positive experiences in 2020:
On the not-so-fun experiences, globally, everyone has been affected by the pandemic of COVID-19 and so life has taken on new twists and directions as we learn to adapt in this changing time. In this time of uncertainty, it is extra important we maintain positive experiences, connections with our loved ones, self-love, exercise (even if it is for only 10-15 minutes per day), continue to create and complete projects (including the not-so-fun ones), switch the news off and trust you will be advised if there are any major changes - I decided to do the latter occasionally, and I’m so glad I did as I felt less overwhelmed. My hope for you in 2021 is that the lessons you learned in 2020 are carried over. Keep implementing and actioning your projects, tasks and goals, continue to maintain your connections, laugh often, get creative/innovative, exercise and eat healthy foods. By doing all of this it will help you to maintain a strong, healthy mindset and body. Most importantly remember, you are amazing (contrary to what you may think or feel right now), for you are a product of strength, love, resilience, adaptability, confidence, support (to yourself and others) and are capable of great things. Never doubt any of this. Do let me know what your positive experience was for 2020, as I would love to know. Healing with Solutions will re-open at the end of January and all healing sessions will be via distance healing. Head to the website for more details. Much love and I hope your year ahead will be a healthy and prosperous one. Narelle www.healingwithsolutions.com.au/

Hi Narelle. Fanatastic. 2020 has been a year of letting go of what does not serve me and a slowing down of the mind and body. I am forever grateful that I have experienced 2020.
