Discover Your Galactic Soul

​Why would anybody associate the galactic system with our human mind? Both terms feel so vast and complex. Yet similarities don't stop here. Both the mind and the galactic system are ever-evolving, never giving us the chance to discover them fully. They have endless unknown territories; thus, the explorations potential is huge. Even better said, infinite. If you choose to explore either of them, obstacles are guaranteed; however, they are not there to block us. These obstacles just demand overcoming. If we launch an exploration of the galactic system or the mind, we equally need tangible evidence. They are the proof that our discoveries are valid, as far as we can grasp them at a certain moment in our human time.

One is about the discovery of planets, stars, and solar systems. Whereas the other one, the exploration of our mindset, is all about letting go, finding new ways of learning, and meeting new people. It is about unlocking the different levels of consciousness: conscious, subconscious, unconscious. Its purpose is to overcome any false beliefs, creating better ways of thinking, feeling, and being.

This is precisely the purpose of my integrative healing system, designed to help you unlock and discover the right key to understanding your galactic soul.

​​However, long before understanding the need for exploration and creating my integrative therapeutic system, I was in a deep state of unwillingness to dig inside my mind. Recently I've been musing over some poetry I wrote 13 years ago. Then, it was about confusion, uncertainty, feeling stuck, and closed-off. I was all caught up in self-doubt, sadness and lacked a lot of confidence. 

Here are some of the questions I always had on my mind back then:

1. What is holding me back?
2. How can I unlock what is hidden when I don't even know what I'm avoiding?
3. Do I, at least know, what I feel?

Can we even talk about self-reflection and growth in such a state of mind? Even if we try to explore this ourselves, it is never easy to be in this state of confusion or numbness.

How can you unlock your galactic soul while feeling numb or stuck, lacking the will to look within, or having false beliefs like you are not worthy enough? Your mind might just be circling around and around with the same questions, just like the ones I showed you above. Why and how, on repeat.

​Below is a sample of what I wrote back then:

To open the mind is to open the door
To open the door is to locate the key
To locate the key is to unlock the door
To unlock the door is to turn the handle
To turn the handle is to open the door
When the door is open, this is our chance to step inside to look within
To look within is to be willing to see deep within and locate what needs releasing and healing.

The verses speak by themselves in that it is a cosmos of false protection, self-generated confusion, and numbness, leading to self-delusion. This way of being and self-entrapment would never have allowed me to be happy nor live my truth.

There is a good side to writing, though. Putting my thoughts on paper helped me recognize that I was stuck. It also indicated that I needed guidance to release everything that was holding me back.

I found my keys towards the doorway through several techniques: Naturopathy, Kinesiology, Yoga, Reiki, Acupuncture. And last but not least, through writing my thoughts.

Going along this path, I have gained qualifications in two techniques: Reiki and Zoi Method. However, the exploration process has not ended. I am currently working on my Root Cause Therapy certification. These methods all complement each other. Thus I was able to achieve significant results in my own life.

Taking myself out of the cosmos of my false beliefs and arming myself along the way with all these tools and experiences led me to an unexpected result. In June 2018, I launched my business: Healing with Solutions. However, going back two years prior, if you had asked me if I would start a business, even more so a therapeutic one, my answer would have been a flat no. This proves that a surprisingly different journey opens up as soon as you find the right key to unlock the door, that you end up embarking on new ventures with infinite possibilities. 

This is how Healing with Solutions leads you towards discovering your true self.

• Reiki works on all levels: physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental. Reiki therapy allows you to step out of your head and connects you to your heart, body and soul. It enables and allows you to check out and simply feel. When you stop thinking, you can then let go, and you do become more relaxed, leading to a clearer thought process and overall calmness.

• Zoi Method and Root Cause Therapy both work on all conscious levels as well as your physical body. They help to release negative emotions, limiting beliefs and assist in releasing trauma. These, I feel, are more analytical therapies as you need to connect to your thoughts and feelings rather than with Reiki; it is about a sense. However, you need to be honest and willing to dig deep inside yourself so that you can let go of what is keeping you stuck, as when you allow, your true healing begins.

However, first, there are some common checkpoints before you embark on exploring, unlocking and discovering your galactic soul. These reside within your awareness when you recognise that you are currently in an entanglement of possible false protection; next is your willingness to release what is holding you back. Then, when you have the will, you will find your way through your galactic mindset maze.​

​Always remember that this is a journey that only you can make. Friends and family can guide and support your exploration of unlocking your galactic soul. However, the real key to unlocking your mindset and looking within: is entirely within you. Only you can take action to discover; as ultimately, only you can find the key to open the door.

After opening your galactic soul doorway, life will start to surprise you in unimaginable ways.
